• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

• Approved requests will be processed within 5 days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 100 EGP handling fee will be deducted.

• Refunds are provided as store credit or exchanged for another product.

• cancellation can be done before orders are shipped.
