Refund Policy

Once the courier leaves, returns are only available as store credit. Exceptions are only made for defective items.

Exchange Policy

If it’s not serving your aesthetic, you can return the entire package to the courier immediately.

OR

Exchange within 5 days of your order. Any requests after the 5-day bracket will not be accepted.

A fee of 100 EGP applies for exchanges.

* Exchanges will not be accepted if the item has any sign of wear, odor, or stains.
* If the item is not in its original condition, we will have the item returned to you (shipping fees apply). OR allow us to keep the item permanently.
