Once the courier leaves, returns are only available as store credit. Exceptions are only made for defective items.

If it’s not serving your aesthetic, you can return the entire package to the courier immediately.

Exchange within 5 days of your order. Any requests after the 5-day bracket will not be accepted.

A fee of 100 EGP applies for exchanges.
